With the closure of the Dalmore Centre at the end of the month, community users have been offered alternative facilities operated by the Council. The new Alva Academy with it's modern facilities and Alva`s Cochrane Hall have both been offered.
The Dalmore centre has been earmarked for closure for some time due to it`s poor condition and high maintenance costs.
